Locks Born in Charlotte, NC. Rise in a house hold of 8 kids. Father is from Jamaica Queens, NY and his Morther was born and rise in Charlotte. Darral " Locks" DuPont attended Ranson, James Martin , Albemarle , Northridge, and Cochrane middle school all in 3 years. He then moved in with his father house . At the time it was only four of his brothers and sister present. Darral with to East Mecklenburg high 2002-2006. In the year of 2003 he got caught with a stolen vehicle. All charges were drop because of his defense. So after that he learned at lot about this that could of brought him down. Shortly after that he start doing music with a couple of friends from eastside of Charlotte. He notice that he couldn't get to much done if he was always on somebody else time. That's why he became a solo artist.
