THE NEWMANS!
A contemporary trio firmly rooted in their proud heritage as former Diamonds, performing such Diamonds hits as “LITTLE DARLIN” and “THE STROLL” along with other crowd pleasing rock and roll classics.
The rich harmony of the group has the quality of brothers singing together and indeed they are.
Ron Neuman and John Felton were Diamonds under the original producer/ manager Nat Goodman. After Mr. Goodman’s death and the death of John Felton, the last remaining original Diamond, Ron continued for a time in a Diamonds Tribute called The Diamonds Vocal Band. Finally, Ron united with Steve “The Wall” Whittier and Mike Liddick together they changed the name to THE NEWMANS. They directed their music towards contemporary country rock while retaining a large percentage of the 50's and adding the sounds of today. THE NEWMANS, performing world wide, is vocally exciting, nostalgic, and fun for all ages. The experience this group brings to the stage makes every performance unforgettable and leaves the audience feeling great and shouting for more.
This fabulous show is a high energy, fast moving, foot stomping performance that keeps you dancing in the aisles.
