Try these two great "free", open source programs called Audacity, and TuxGuitar. They are available at http://www.sourceforge.net
With "Audacity" you can import many types of audio files; then edit and tag them to produce a MP3, or other audio file. With TuxGuitar you can create, edit, import/export your own midi files; and print out your song tracks.
