I live in the beautiful Skagit Valley in North West Washington. I have 6 children, 5 boys, 1 girl. Only one is still at home, and i have three grand daughters. My first publict preformance was at the age of one year, when i sang along (loudly, so i'm told) with a woman who was singing at my Aunt Mavis's Wedding.
My first song was written in the summer between 1st and 2nd grade (1961/62). In my life time I have written several hundred songs, a few of which you can find on my website, or better yet, buy a CD!

Old Edison Inn in Edison WA.... jan 12th from 9-11pm.
Took me a while, but we are finally having a CD release... everyone who lives anywhere near me is invited, and anyone who wants to fly in..Go For It!!

Li Gold at The Muse:
If you were lucky enough to catch this show you are probably still talking about it. It was wonderful, and the venue is unique in that it can hold many types of preforming arts at once. From King Lear to Blue Grass, and anything you can imagine inbetween, The Muse in Conway Washington is the place to check out this year. Perhaps Miss Gold will sing there again. If she does, fly in from where ever you are to see hear her. Watch her website for upcoming dates.

CD Release Party:
If you live in or near Skagit Valley in beautiful Washington state, you might want to check out Miss Gold and her Soul Divine Band at Althea's in downtown Mt. Vernon, September 21st. Music starts at 9pm.
Miss Gold doesn't play much live anymore, so if you can, go see her!! Buy her new CD and take her music home with you!

The CD Release Party was a huge success last night at the Edison Tavern in Edison WA... It was standing room only, people dancing... everyone aeemed to have a great time.... thanks to those who could get out in the rain to attend. Love to all, Li Gold

Bump in the road.... Althea's is closing down... well, closed as of last week..... so I am rescheduling the CD Release... sorry to those who have made plans..... Believe me... It was a shocker/bummer to me too! But I'm workin' on it... so keep in touch.... Li

Hope you are enjoying this sunshine we are having in the great pacific Northwest...check your personal messages I have a little surprise for ya...gonna try to make it to that gig in Sept...as It's my birthday month and it would make a nice gift to myself...LOL...love the work your doing here...BTW Mt. Vernon is where all my relatives on my Pops side live...so I'm no stranger up there...
