Just so you know, it's pretty miserable, cold and wet here right now so probably not the best time to visit... we may get a day in the summer that will be half decent! wink ;)

Hope you are well, love to the Fowler family...

Hey Barry,

To answer your question, by the way, I did use the John Lennon Epiphone of "True Love". But I doubled the track with an Ovation as well. I did this in order to get a treble tone to go along with the warmth provided by the Epiphone.

Take Care man,
Rod

Barry,

that's wonderful that you play all of your music yourself, it must be so rewarding and gives you alot of freedom with you're songs, you're really very tallented to be able to do that! I know what you mean about the band though, it's nice to work with other people and share ideas sometimes. perhaps you will have the opportunity to form another band in the future?

good luckwith all of your music, it sounds great! smile :)

Hi Barry,

Thanks for the nice comment you left on my site. I was just on your artist page, listening to "I'm Coming Home", and really enjoyed it. I like what you said about downloading mp3s vs. buying the whole album - very insightful. Best wishes to you and yours!

Helloooo!!!!

lol @ Broke, Sober and Earthbound... it's similiar to "Heartache Blues", and was just a bit of fun... I kind of get lost mid way... think I've sorted out the lyrics now.... just need to re-record it.

So... I have a band!!!! We've got our first live performance (at a local charity open mic) on Monday... I'll try to get a recording to upload... that's if the rubber band around my digi cam keeps the battery from falling out long enough!!! lol

I need to work on the accent a little more I feel! lol My Pops lived in Indiana for a while, and my Mums cousins are all in California so my apologies for the mixture of accents (including English!!!)

Really good to hear from you!!! Have a fantastic weekend... keep safe...

Lexie smile :)

... AND ... it would be funnier! lol Hey... we live in "The Fens" you know what that means.... flat, miles and miles of fields a few woods here and there but rivers and FISHING!!!!! Think Texas but not as warm... got it???
Now I can't fish (if that's the correct term for it?) BUT we have a pond and I could put slices of carrots in there for you to try and catch???!!! Tis a GOOD idea yes????? lol!

Seriously... it would be great to meet you both!!!

Have a wonderful rest of week and weekend...

Kindest Regards

Lexie big grin :D
