MICHAEL JACKSON

Born August 29, 1958 - died June 25, 2009

Michael Jackson born in Gary, Indiana died at the age of 50.
He had a birthdate coming up August 29th of this year.

His tragic death has shocked the world, and messages of grief and appreciation have poured in from his family and close friends.
It's hard to believe that he is gone, but it's surreal. I've read a few artists that mention his death as being suspcious, and said that an atopsy maybe done as early as this coming Friday, which is tomorrow.

Michael has and still inspired me thoughout my younger years growing up and helping to form my own 5 female member group. Our name was derived from The Jackson Five and Glady's Knights song "The Friendship Train" ala The Friendship Five. We were very influence by The Jackson Five and their music, the whole Motown sound as a matter of fact. But the Jackson's stood out with us more because we were all infactuated with one of the groups members. I myself was infactuated with Jermaine Jackson, whom I named my oldest son, Jermaine and named my youngest son Marlon.

I remember how we use to practice off of their songs, in particular the song "I'll be there" I was the one to lead the song. I've never met him personally, but my oldest sister had the opportunity to see The Jackson Five perform at the famous Apollo Theatre in New York, she still remembers the experience.

I loved his music so much, and each of his songs plays a different part in my life as a youngster growing up. Each brings back the memories. I'm glad that I can still listen and reminsce with his music. I still have his albums, 45's, video's.
We are going to remember his music more thant the scandal that troubled his life. I have nothing but real love for him and his music.

No other artist has touched so many people's lives worldwide, all over the globe as much as Michael Jackson has. God had truly blessed him as a songwriter, singer and entertainer, and we thank Michael for touching our lives for so many years.
His memory will live on for a long time.

There are so many songs of Michael and the Jackson Five that I love, I'm going to list just a few of my favorite Michael Jackson's ones.
