renata baszun's SoundClick blog - The First Performance of
"Tota Pulchra", a piece dedicated to the Virgin Mary and her Immaculate Conception, had its first performance on Fri, July 11th in Koszalin's Cathedral, as a part of 42. International Organ Festival. It was performed by a big ensemble consisting of: The Koszalin Philharmonic Orchestra, two choirs: "Ojczyzna" and "Repetitio" and two vocal soloists: soprano Kamila Orchowska-Hilla and baritone Artur Janda. All was conducted by Przemyslaw Fiugajski.
Thanks to the music passion and professionalism of the performers, this concert has been a great success.
I would like to thank all people, who have helped me to turn the idea of this performance into real, especially the Management of the International Organ Festival and the musicians. I also want to thank You, my Soundclick Friends, for your support, nice words, e-mails etc. - it means a lot to me. Thank you!

Dear Renata,
Wonderful news! Thank you for letting us know. I am so glad that your work is being seriously appreciated and respected and well received. I would love to hear "Tota Pulchra" when it becomes available on CD or something. "Music for 17" continues to bless and move me every time I listen. There is so much depth in your music. Thank you.
Sincerely, Judith Stockton
