I know it has been awhile but it is going to be a little while longer before we post anything new. We are working with some really talented artist and planning to release a couple of EPs by Spring.

I am now officially inside as I am currently working at a major label. So it is exciting. Not quite as cool as an indie but the inside track is very helpful.

My first experience producing was 19 on the Emu SP1200. Til this day still one of the sickest drum machines invented. This was the time when the software possibilities presented to us today was a glimmer in the eye of some music geek or geek with no music experience at all. I knew I was in love.

So my little beat was just a boom and a bap. but it was hot!!! I played my little boom and bap for all my friends. I don't know if they loved it cause it was hot or because they thought they should but whatever.... that sh*** was HOT!

Every chance I got to work in the studio as an artist and producer, I hopped on. Graduated to using the MPC 2000 with the Korg Triton and then decided to go digital with the Cubase VST being my first venture on my Gateway Pentium III with a bullshit harddrive and as much memory as a 80 year old man with alzheimers/.

Never really got into the Cubase because some how I got sucked totally into the world of a hip hop artist. I started recording material with some ill producers in NY and became totally emersed. I will let you all hear some of my old sh*** soon. Don't laugh. Nah. you won't laugh that sh*** was good. LOL.

So what I am I using now. My favorite software ever FL Studio Producers edition. I have seen some people talk about it. And haters who don't know how to work it shitting on it. But that program was invented for beginners and nurtured to fulfill the heavy desires of veterans in this game. From the set up and design to the plug ins, you have everything you need to make some amazing shit.

I also invested in the M-Audio 88 Key sequencers. my beautiful baby. (back in the day I was rockin the DJX for $150) LOL. I got the Yamaha AW16G from a hook up at Sam Ash. I use to love it but now I just use it as a preamp for my mic. Trying to step my game up with a deadline set for late Jan. So wish me luck and I will keep you all posted as time goes along.
