Hi! Glad you poped in! Well, take a look, I have a good few blog enteries and still more to come - hopefull I can add my songs soon. Enjoy, please add your comments and lets chat. At heart I am a song writer more than anything else but do playing my piano and guitar. It is said I sound a bit like Rebecca St James doing a bit of country rock ... now I do not kow about that...Foremost, I am a Christian... Now don't stop reading just because of that. I am married with kids, 5 of them to be exact. - Still reading?...No I am not one of those "weird O's" just a normal human being trying to do the best I know how just like you. Yes, I am one of those "happy clappy" types, you know, that do the "holy ghost hop" in church... Any ways... Beside music I love to study philosophies, mythologies and digging in writings which are so call forbidden by the church, comparing them all to the Bible which I believe to be the absolute truth. I love reading other peoples thoughts and studying the music they write - tells alot about a person... I enjoy having good discussions about it too. I seem to have taken quite a risk as I have gotten some death threats...hmm - interesting... but it is with purpose, exposing my life and conclusion of 24 years of study material to public eye. Please enjoy reading and feel free to add your comments. ...Don't be shy now. You can also find me on "Facebook" - where I spend most of the time when on line...

The Revelation of a Psalmist:
I have finally found what my heart and soul has been searching after. Nothing has satisfied my soul as being in Your very presence has. For in You I live and move and have my being for I am also Your offspring. Your hands have made me and fashioned me. You separated me from my mothers womb and caused me to trust You. There is nothing and no one like You. You cannot be compared to anything else. You are my life, my breath; the reason I live and for whom I live. With all my heart, I seek You.
I have kept Your very words in my heart and meditate on them night and day. I delight in them, also Your judgments; they rescue me from shame. With my heart and lips I declare Your ways. I will speak of ...

The Weight of Glory - Part 1:
We do not want merely to see beauty, though, God knows, even that is bounty enough.
We want something else that can hardly be put in words
– to be united with the beauty we see, to pass into it,
to receive it into ourselves, to bath in it, to become part of it. - C.S. Lewis – The Weight of Glory
Music is so much more than playing a musical instrument and singing a song. It is power, influence, politics, war, love, hate, truth, lies. It has soul, it has spirit…Through it we touch the heart and soul of people. It has power like a lovers intimate touch or a murders violent rage. Music is the most powerful instrument we as human beings possess and it does not lie for the musicians true pur...

The Weight of Glory - Part 2:
I became aware of man’s true bondage when I asked the Lord, knowing that there is no conceited pride or arrogance in Him, why was worship so important to Him. I have not often heard God speak so clearly into my heart, but what He said this time gripped my very soul. “You become like the god’s you worship.” (Psalm 135:15-18). Ask any Christian, when standing in the church congregation that the hardest things to over come is not the singing or praying, but to do just what like the king of Israel, David did; bowing the knee, dancing and lifting the hands in worship to God. Consider that it was not difficult to express our feelings as a 5-year-old child. What has made it all change? Perhaps, li

[last edited on Wed Aug 6, 2008 @ 04:52 AM] Hi Natasha - hope all is well with you and you're having a fine summer so far. It's really warming up here in these parts but I'm fortunate to live between two lakes. I've been writing and recording quite a bit of late and have remixed my beach song, "When The Day Is Through". The vocalist on this version can actually hold a tune so compared to my earlier mix, it's quite an improvement. If you haven't heard "Where Are You Today", you might like it as well. I'm working on a new instrument track for it. Take care & keep safe. Cheers, Murray
