Title: Iron Brigade Hymn

I grew up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and received my Bachelor and Master degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. It was my honor to perform under the batons of Donald George, Rupert Hohmann, and Dominic Spera. Other significant influences were David Baker (music history), Edwin Smith (theory), and Paul Hilbrich (music history).

I have been living in California since 1981. My career has spanned the public and private sectors. Most recently I was a band director at Vacaville High School and I am currently an administrator in Roseville.

I have been performing and arranging since my college years and much of my work has been granted public performance. I look forward to the future as I ramp up my composing and arranging career.
