MICK CLACK is one half of experimental, comedy-pop, whistling guitar duo NIGE AND TREV. The other half is self proclaimed 'king of the hedgehogs' and budgie-obsessed, Cutteslowe-born-and-bred, genius of verbal diarrhoea FRANK FISH.
Mick writes songs with the absurdly talented PAUL GIBBON at ROOFTOP STUDIO. Their country songwriting project is called MECHANICS OF SORROW . Their pop project is called TORN HEARTS.
Mick played guitar in Oxford's aquatically obsessed, pantomime-rock band FRANK FISH AND THE FINS & now performs with the aforementioned FRANK FISH in FRANK RABBIT and the BOBTAILS. He was one half of surreal, Shirley Bassey obsessed, quirky pop duo THE BLAKE AND A BLAKE and was a founder member of THE DWOMS. Sometimes he feels a burning desire to record rambling improvised free-form jazz'n'roll instrumentals with IOMA award winning percussionist DALE MARSHALL. They call themselves GuRzUnZ as a humble tribute to the late, great audio genius MICHAEL GERZON.
