I have to state at the outset that I don't have a personal computer, and I rely on public access. Because of this, sometimes it's days or weeks before I get on the net, let alone return to one given site.

And I have a lot of things I'm doing at once when I am on the net, including a decade's worth of files being uploaded (little by little) to different services, while trying to keep up with what's going on in the world.

I'm just saying this to explain that I don't mean to hurt anyone's feelings if I'm not heard from for several days or weeks, and I apologize in advance if it appears I'm snubbing anyone. I'm not.
