My first geetar was a 1957 Les Paul Special, I blew my first speaker @ age 12.
My first performance was in costume as an angel, little did they know.
Under the influence of "shroons" and to the chagrin of my band mates I played the worlds greatest psychedelic geetar solo over Freddie Fender’s ”Once I Had A Secret Love."
Once during my Eddie Van Halen wannabe Eruption geetar solo a female geetarist threatened me with physical violence.
A biker dude once told me I was the world's greatest geetarist and offered to "whack" someone for me, no charge.
Once I showed up for an audition without the prerequisite Kiss knee high boots, spandex and banana, and chains.
I gave Eric Johnson a guitar lesson. How do you think he got so good!
I have recorded a few CDs and a couple of music videos. I have had a couple of top 10 Indie radio hits and along with Mercy Me and Pillar a spot on "7 Balls top 20 Unsigned Artist who Rock."
I have rubbed shoulders with the Mance Libscomb, Tony Taliver, Grady Martin, George Strait, Asleep at the Wheel, Mikaila, Phillips Craig and Dean, Dorothy Norwood, Cynthia Greene, Susan Gray, Rohn Bailey, Ted Pearce, Marcus and Joni Lamb, Jesus and Da Hip Hop Gangstaz, and 89.7 Power FM.
These days I spend most of my time in my home studio.
On occasion I do concerts in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, if you get a chance stop by and say howdy.
Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile. A.E.
