Musician from about 5th grade (not my profession, though). First songs on guitar (nylon string) were Smoke on the Water and If You Leave Me Now (Chicago), so that should tell you how diverse (schizophrenic?) my musical tastes are. Tried a Christian rock band in the 80's, but my voice and musical leanings were far too pop for my own good. Lately been writing Christian and "regular" songs in the acoustic pop/rock/country vein. I perform some, but mostly writing for others to record/perform.
