A while back another of my previous bands, 'Headband' was inducted into the South Australian Music Hall of Fame!

As a member of 'Fraternity' I was recently inducted into the South Australian Music Hall of Fame, not the Grammies but is very cool wink ;)!

Over the many years as a musician I've played in several respected aussie rock/blues bands, including W.G. Berg, Headband, Fraternity MKII, Mickey Finn and lastly the now defunct HOY-HOY!.

I've been creating my own style of original music for the last few years with Cubase and the relevant software, synths, samplers etc. plus a Vox Tonelab guitar interface.

I love today's technology, it gives me the freedom to do things I otherwise would not be able to accomplish by myself.

Thank you for that great comment Mauri...! We plan to go to Normandie France to visit the WWII memorial in April with some friends from the states. After seeing the riots in Paris we decided to go around Paris and avoid it all together. Bad stuff going on around Europe and so rave ended up in my song I guess...I hope they get a handle on it soon. Hope all is good in Oz! Have a good one!
Where did the Pixies go...?

Hello, Mauri! I've just dropped by to say that I'm very fond of pair of your magic for my ear songs! They are: "MJ's Shuffle" and "Bleu Finn".
Amazing music! I get great feeling while listening to them.
Surely, this is your "precious stones".
I wish you all the best! Regards. Andrew. ))

Hi Mauri.
I hope you are doing well! I have a "new" oldschool rock song up (actually it's from 2010), called "I need music". I somehow feel that the message of the song fits you quite well smile :)
Any comments will be highly appreciated smile :)

Cheers Holger

Hi Mauri! Thanks a lot for your nice comment on "The way home". The Steve Earl reference is spot on. I think that Mike Bennett, who did the backtrack, likes the "Earl-groove".

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to you, Mauri. I have a new one up, a country blues style collab I did with Mike Bennett.

Cheers Holger.
