I'm an amature songwriter and musician. I've been making records for about two and a half years. All my songs sucked, and I kept changing my name to avoid association with them. They are still on the internet as a reward for those who look for them, but I won't tell you where they are. However, I finally made a satisfactory song when I wrote and recorded "Tumor", my "signature song" so far, in the fall of 2006. You can listen to the song here. Under the name Supreme World Emperor, I made an album called Plastic Orgy which was pretty cool if poorly produced. Supreme World Emperor. Recently, I pluralized the SWE name (for easy transition when other people join) and started another project going by my given name J. R. Hunter. I am brainstorming a new album, which I will record this summer with better equipment. This fall, I am moving to LSU to study music comp, and it should be interesting to see how learning theory and counterpoint will affect my music.
