I love software and synthetic music. It's the fastest way to produce what is going on in my head without being dictated to by the rules of hardware and instruments.
I like drum and bass, fast punchy beats, video games and a lot of mellow liquidy tracks too, anything with a nice pulse and good feeling. Good music basically.

My name is Steven Robert and I'm an artist/remixer/audio engineer from the DC area. I stumbled onto Soundclick through another artist that hired me to produce beats for him (Charm Sidi) which are on my player. Thanks to the killer feedback and numerous clicks and ratings my work has garnered on here my remix of female fronted industrial rock band Mankind Is Obsolete's single "Silent Killer" has reached #1 on the Industrial Charts and #1 on the Electronica Charts! And there are many ways to promote and advertise yourself, all efficient and inexpensive.
Also don't forget to check out all the other great artists on this site, just by searching through genres you can find all sorts of cool stuff to listen to.
