When, after 60 years of use, the marble steps leading into the lobby of this building become worn, they are not replaced or rebuilt, but covered for protection with plates of corrugated iron.
Welcome, and come back often!
thanks Jamey. the comment on 'drifter's song' means a lot coming from a guy that can stand alone anytime with guitar and voice.

Hello my friend,

Jamey, it's great to hear from you! My thanks to you for your music....always a pleasurable listen, always eye opening, insightful lyrics and timeless!!!! Have you considered placing Bellingham Bay back up? I've had songs hang before to the point of having to simply upload it again. I guess being played online by multiple sources that sometimes a corruption could occur. I never wanted for you to take the song down, in fact I enjoy listening to Bellingham Bay. Just a request...it's a good song my friend!!!! About the construction, luckily it doesn't affect me.....but gee whiz my work has kept me extremely busy. I got to have my first meal today at about 9pm. I'm doing fine for the most part....just feeling old and tired....or Old & Ornery...LOL!
Take good care of yourself and don't you work too hard.

Peace my friend & best to you & yours,
Wade

Howdy Jamey,

My apologies, Jamey....I did not know that "The Chaplin" was also on Neil Young's site. It's strongly climbing up the chart and now at #50. Congratulations my friend!!!! Great song and I know it'll climb up all the way to the top!!!!!

With respect,
Wade

Thanks for droppin' over and listening to Up on the Farm. Time for music is a challenge when it's not Winter but I try to at least keep playing. I appreciate the kind words and your enthusiastic response!
Hope all is well with you and your Spring is going well.

Hello, Jamey, thanks alot for your kind review of my one song, Lord, It Should Have Been Me. That one was performed & recorded voluntarily by some kind people. I am a songwriter and not a professional singer or musician, but hope to pursue Kickstarter or Indigogo (crowdsource sites) soon to to try to get the funds needed to have some other of my favorite songs I have written performed on a demo. Don't know if it will succeed or fail. Thanks again. God bless. Rose smile :)

Thanks for stoppin' over Jamey. Glad ya like the tune. No female vocals in the last chorus...but i did have to use my harmonizer to get that high note. You've got one hell of a good ear my friend..
