It turned off...

A SPARK!
It's gone...

A FLICKER!
It stops...

A glint
A flame
A reflection
A glare

A glimmer
A shimmer
A shine
A flare

Countless light surrounds me,
But in the darkness lonely.

False promise has no weight.
It leaves me only to hate.

The potential of love is always there,
But the reality is it does not care.

It has led me astray by Siren's Song.
I should've believed myself all along.
