Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Hope you spend lots of quality time with those special people in your life. We'll be with my brother and my son's families for Thanksgiving..We're having beautiful weather here in Texas...
Tribute to my Mom:
On October 5, 2005, my mom gave up her courageous battle with lung cancer. I want to honor her by telling you a little bit about my mom. First of all, she taught her children to love everyone unconditionally and to accept people just as they are. Secondly, she taught us how to appreciate the simple things in life...And she never spoke a critical word of anyone...My mom could sing, dance, play the piano, and brighten your day!! She always knew what to say when you needed a lift. She never complained or gave in to self pity no matter the terrible suffering she faced. I'd like to dedicate this poem to her:
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand ...
I'm maxed out:
CAN"T GET ENOUGH OF YOU....Looks like my blues station is maxed out now! Next time I download a blues artist here on the click, I''ll start a new station.......I've started a new jazz station because my jazz station was maxed out! When I first joined SC I added touches of classical and acoustic to that station, along with all kinds of jazz ~ it makes a great mix & I'm leaving it that way ~ but I've reached the max! Thanks to you all for sharing your amazing talents and expanding my horizons as a listener.......

It is great to hear from you, I am glad you had a chance to visit the North California coast by the bay area it sounds like you had a nice time. I just recently was awarded a scholarship for tech. school so I have been so busy, but not to busy to keep the music flowin'. Thank you for adding my jazzy tunes to your Jazzy All Stars station, you know the track "SKIN DEEP (Summer-Mix) was one of Chris Brown's favorite Soundclick tunes as he had once said to me in a message, he will always be a part of this community.
