Hi Mike, I made a new song last night and this morning I finished it up just to show you what kind of material I am coming up with, See what you think, "Dreaming" It is way different than what you are focusing on but it might be something or some kind of style you might like. Let me know, like I said before I think you are on the right track with where you are going but you need EXPOSURE more than anything in my opinion. I had a friend listen to you that really loves Erasure and other 80's artists and he said people do not want to hear the 80's per say but he said you need to update your music to the 2010 realm that sounds like the 80's - don't get me wrong - he thinks you are a perfect 80's artist - he just thinks you need to update your style to fit the times of today thats all. Hey we will talk soon. Darrell

Thank you Mike, I am glad you let me know a little more about what you do which sounds a lot harder than what I do, I love making music and like yourself, I consider myself stuck in the 80's forever also, I think it was MTV that started all this I think, I wish I had equipment to play on and been looking at the Roland HS-201 seems like a sweet machine for under $600 and may be in my price range soon. I believe the most important element of a band is "The Singer" and they are extremely hard to come by. I had a local girl near me (Age 44) who was playing violin at age 3 and is very talented but we could never finish a song because of distractions of one kind or another, now the singer I have now (Dan Albury) Follows through very well, I feel very lucky to know him. I will have to tell you more, Thank you and I will be in touch. Darrell -- The Future is not set.
