pssst! Hello! Just wondering how you've been and how school is going for you. I know I'm certainly relieved to have a break coming up. I'm taking an audio production course this semester and it's truly captured me! Anyway, I'm sorry we never got together over the summer. That's just how life goes though, right? I am however determined to meet up with you sometime in the next 100 years to make some music. HA.

Hi Michael,

I see you're from Auburn, Maine. I'm originally from Fredericton, New Brunswick where shoveling snow is also a hobby. We're practically neighbors! Thanks for your support and kind words in the CC contest.

Hi! Thanks for listening to the "Eye of Horus" Track. I have a new song out Titled "Exploring the Nile." This is dedicated to the victims of Typhoon Ondoy here in my home town Manila Philippines. Enjoy Listen.

Can you give me advice on how to improve vocal tracks so they ride above the music thus creating harmony.

Here are my tracks with spoken word vocals such as, "The Big Man, Shooting Star, Your My Wonder Woman & Wonder Woman REMIX."

Thanks in advance & have a blessed healthy day.

We added another new song today, called "Silver City". It's sort of a rocking Motown sendup. Hope you'll give it a listen, and we hope you enjoy it!

Hey Michael, was up in Lubec/New Brunswick

Be well,

Logic 9 released! If there was ever a sign...

Hey Michael, your welcome! Thanks for adding.

About Logic, for the kind of music I make (with a strong emphasis on electronic music BUT some audio recording/manipulation) I can't think of any software I'd rather use than Logic.

I haven't used protools much but of course they're the industry standard for recording live audio... problem lies with there MIDI and VST/AU functionality. If you rig can handle Logic and you're thinking about introducing some more effects and what-not into your music than Logic is amazing. On lower powered rigs you will run into some "system overload" messages--especially with lots of effects or recording against effected tracks.

Since my computer upgrade I couldn't be happier. It's just awesome. I had between 10-12 tracks of vocals for "This Is A War" going out to 4-5 buses and 4-5 FX sends and had NO hang ups.

HI! Thanks a million for the comments in the contest!

Thanks for the comments on my board. I recognize the need for an Elegy and, like you, hope they are not needed so often.

I wrote one for a friend which was well received here called "The Weary Waltz for Reuben", but I am not sure that many really understood its intent or subtle meaning. Maybe if you could give it a listen if you have time.

Hi Michael!

I wrote a new bluegrass tune. Stop by for a listen, and tell me if you like it. It was a lot of fun to write and play. You can have a free download if you want. Spread the word!
