I’m currently in the middle of a new project called " Alisa chronicles ". Good time rock & roll inspired by ex-wife no.2.The current arrangements are lush, full and bright. Giving each track lift and presence. But there can be a danger in too much layering because you end up with Queen like choral effect. Which is fine if that’s what you’re going for.My previous release " With A Thrill " was far more sparse and raw since the tracks really did’nt call for lushness or a psuedo Mancinni effect.The track’s were more blues laden and agnst ridden. Though this current project was inspired by divorce and loss it still maintains a sense of humor and plenty major as opposed to minor chorda...
