I am a Hip-Hop/R&B Producer from St. Louis, MO, and I'm currently attending the University of Missouri-Columbia. Contact me at fivemicproducer@yahoo.com if you are interested in purchasing instrumentals and discussing prices. I have two methods of rights in which artists can buy:

Exclusive Rights
-Can be used for all commercial/broadcasting purposes
-Will receive instrumental on CD, as well as each instrument tracked out in .wav format for usage in Pro Tools, Acid, etc.

Non-Exclusive Rights (Cheaper)
-Can be used for all commercial/broadcasting purposes
-I will still have rights to sell instrumentals to others
-Will receive instrumental on CD, but without the instruments tracked out.

General Information
-Each instrumental purchased will come with a legal contract.
-Artists will be notified if an instrumental I produced contains any samples, in which will be on the responsibility of the artist and/or any party that the artist is affiliated with to obtain sample clearance rights for mainstream commercial/broadcasting usage.
