Take Off My Head & The Decaying Newsletter
Take Off My Head ~ Noize to awaken the Gods and Goddess alike. For the present intense I have been imprisoned, attacked, Tazered and threatened with guns aimed at my head which is the main inspiration for this tune. Fueled by determination, conviction and utter hatred of the ABUSE OF POWER exhibited by so called 'Peace Officers' who take an oath to 'Protect & Serve' lol Criminals with Badges and Guns. Perry Farrell once stated "The Gang and the Government, There's no difference" and this is a very realistic example of just that. The astounding incapacity of feeling from humanity wearing their badges like ego, meglomaniacs. PIGS like Officer Austin, "these are my streets" go right ahead, take off my head - I'll still be standing in the end. Dangerous? no, realistic and seeking peace, lots of busy, tentacles reaching, losing contact, writing contracts. Drop the charges, legal battles. Attacked twice and this has been overlooked. Right thought in place. More Music to Come Soon. "Noises From The Morgue" due to equipment failure and legal matters the date has been pushed back to be released digitally & physically October 31, 2009. We Thank you ALL for your patience, support, inspiration and Help!! My highest Respect, Love & Gratitude to my Amazing wife Amanda aka The Sex Demonatrixx, whom without none of this could have ever been possible. Anyone who finds that cheesy can FU#k off. Way More Soon my Lunatixx!!!
Much Love,
Mike Ash & Staff of Decaying Enterprizes

Decaying Orbit ~ The Unleashing of 'Lunatics In The Morgue'
Although no official release date has been set, Decaying Orbit's promo ep, 'Lunatics In The Morgue' is in it's final production stages. Recorded at The Morgue Studios the nine song ep delves into the dysfunctional madness in the mind of Mike Ash. This will be the first physical release that Decaying Enterprises has produced for Decaying Orbit. The artwork will be done exclusively by Loonatic Designs.
Many of the songs are already featured on SoundClick and MySpace. Others are newer songs, honest and emotional. Decaying Orbit will also be working on music videos and a lot more.... stay detuned ( :

Mike Ash's - 'The Heart of Mara Iz Distraction' Re Released
"The Heart of Mara Iz Distraction" was originated and released in June 2008 and is now availiable once again through Decaying Enterprises here on Soundclick. The album even in it's title expresses the general premise behind these songs. Noise, i.e. distraction, is represented in metaphor. A certain disintegration of sound that rebuilds, redefines, and slowly mutates in the mind of the listener, a sense of calm within the chaos. Mike has created most of these songs which were recorded live during rehearsal sets at S&M Studios and many were random creations emerging spontaneously from the ethereal sound realms of Mike's head.
Here are some quotes people have said when "The Heart of Mara iz Distraction" first came out in June 2008. A critic stated "Sometimes angry, blunt, and confusing this is Mike's most crazy & challenging work to date". Fan's described it as "Completely bizarre and self destructive and compared Mike as a virus that will take over the world" - Crazy Tracy. Another fan stated "Very unordinary and likeable melodies, very cool! Ravishing with delight!" - anonymous. His biggest fan stated "Mike Ash is musically gifted and knows how to write from the heart & soul if you take the time to listen to the lyrics. His guitar work amazes me!" - Amanda. Mike Ash himself stated this release is more like a live performance than a studio album. He quoted "No sound is unimportant, no sound should be forgotten." - Mike Ash
Mike is currently focused primarily on his work with Decaying Orbit, but hopes this release along with the upcoming one will shed light on his musical roots. The raw reality and brutal, almost disorienting honesty of these songs can be found nowhere else in Mike's career. We here at Decaying Enterprises hope you enjoy Mike Ash's "The Heart of Mara iz Distraction".

DeathSpeak
After the fires were extinguished the Ashes still remained. Now that I had officially been declared legally insane, I went on a search for wickedly beautiful art and found myself in the hands of some Loonatic Designs. Well anyway, I did a lot of recording between nervous breakdowns and hospital visits. I learned a lot about the effects of noize using quantum dynamics disguised as Zen tones. At which time the de-formation of Decaying Orbit became true emotional realization of sound and voice. My Love for the Sex Demonatrix, Manager of Decaying Enterprises.
After a few beatings from police one realizes the true hipocrisy. Call me paranoid, dangerous and crazy... but the beats are laid and riffs played in this Morgue where I stay. I have enjoyed the moonlight through musical insomnia, performing is almost hypnotic. These pills will make you feel like you're asleep.
I don't know how to describe these new songz, perhaps neurotic episodes put to music? Or this is all just a bad dream and I'm writing the soundtrack? Whatever. Ghost like snap-shots of memory flashing on my journey into darkness. Brutally honest to a fault, all Love is Light and Light is Sound. spheres of energy with momentary lapses of calm, balancing between alive and asleep. Or are these just slaughtered sheep I'm counting? Who knows in light of recent events...

Noises From The Morgue
Entering the morgue is like a bloody thrill ride through decay. Strickening horror squelching your screams and holding your tongue and taming your fear. Playing with drugs and rubber gloves, inhaling the erosion of ghost like insanity causing deep rooted personality disorders. Knowing we have lived our death perception is intensly acute. These thoughts may consume you as you're swallowing neurotic. You allow it to consume you, dragging you into the darkness of some closing circus. Lost in this Decaying Orbit, you find yourself searching for nothing as the walls grow thin. You're speechless, you witness the ASH and Sex Demonatrix Loonatics and we welcome you with bloody palms to our Decaying Orbit
