I’m glad to say after speaking to my old mate George Mcgrath. “Who never wanted to be dragged into this sorry affair“. Only to be placed between a rock & a hard place, “Especially when both parties where his friends“.

I made It clear his music & videos where being censored & made worse since he wasn’t on the net himself to allow the world to see his musical efforts.

I know he would have jumped at the chance to let you all see them. After all everyone In the videos had great fun doing them In the first place. So why stop them going up.

I made a private agreement with George McGrath & took control of all his copy rights.

All solo song writings & song collaborations now fall under the banner of DDDOC PRODUCTIONS MUSIC.

That means I have 100% controlling interest in George McGrath’s music.

1. Any bands covering or recording with the aim of producing CDs or playing any tracks at gigs.
2. Any record companies wishing to purchases the songs out right.
3. Any TV advertising companies wishing to use any of George McGrath’s music.
4. TV, Radio, Internet or any other now or future technology copying or broadcastings all above have to go through DDDOC PRODUCTIONS MUSIC for permission.

If Defiant Pose have a problem with me uploading any of my videos with myself or George Mcgrath performing on. Especially If Defiant Dose are hoping to cover any of George McGrath’s music & with the hope of producing Cds or using these songs to play live at any future gigs.
Permission will have to be asked for from DDDOC PRODUCTIONS MUSIC & royalties will have to be negotiated via any contracts?

I here give defiant pose permission to use any of George McGrath’s music, “But only if Defiant Pose“

1. Pay royalties from any gigs that these tracks are performed at.

Garbage like Animal Park which is just FREE adverting for a uk suffary park or Escape to th Counrty, an estate agent program that SELLS houses. Then teir's FLOG IT, A program that sells orniments & tat only worth pounds to it's owner. Yet the program must have cost thousands per episode to produce. The auction house gets free advertisment & the hoat is in himself an anteque dealer out to further his reputation.
Then there's BBC24 news. These BASTARDS love to sell just about everything, I KID YOU NOT!
Mobile tread shows, the latest Blockbuster movies, Footballers being intervied by the BBC while behind these over priced twats are endless sponcered logos.
What about all that endless Snooker on BBC1 / 2 & the ineractive freeview (payview) channles. You get more than 6 hours of this dull sport & it's covered with blaiten advertisments.
Hell when i was a kid, BLUE PETER would make a toy from a cerial box & they would delibertlly paint out the company logo. But a dull sport lik SNOOKER that's only ever on the BBC has endless advertisments covering the players & all around them, crap like 888 & insurance.
Surelly the BBC should be telling them where to shove it. How else would this sport exsist if if wasn't for our tv licenc fee & the BBC allowing it to be broadcast.
