since we moved our project studio into the basement we been experiencing some sound issues....

in short ... all of our new mixes SUCK!!

no time to "treat" the room or condition it so more or less we are stuck with it

i have no idea why everyone thinks they can sell there beats nowadays ??
2 points.

1-most of the people that get into rap now do everything themselves ..writing , production ,mixing ,etc ..they don't want anyone to help them ..especially in the music area

2-unless your SERIOUS about the MUSIC ..they will never pay for a beat ...NEVER !

but i guess if its super cheap ..
(less than the price of a happy meal!)

in 2008 a real cool movie called the wackness came out ...didn't get to see in theaters but a friend of mines had the sun-dance film festival screening and the first day i watched it liked 3 times and couldn't wait till the dvd came out .
rented it last week and some of the dialog is different and some scenes they took out all together ...

still a cool movie just not as good as the first version i saw..

you go and get the latest piece of music hardware or maybe some nice software and you sell your beats for 2$ a pop and call it hot sh*** !! .. nah im not feelin that at all!!!

one reason why the art is defiently dying is due to OVER SATURATION ! too many DJ's too many RAPPERS (not MC's) and WAY TOO MANY Beat makers ! (not producers)

if you in it for the love of music and the art and to be creative then you cool with me ..but to those that treat this as a money making thing and a way to get fame and attention ..yall got it all twisted.

music isnt for everyone and good things take serious time.

well we don't believe in bullshitin when it comes to music .. i recently gave some a "not so good" comment on there music and they took offense to it ...after asking me to listen and give feedback .. i did ..they just didn't like what i had to say.. gave it a 2 star rating.

recently i decided to make all of my music (sandor) free downloads..

this is mainly because this should be a community to gain exposure ,network and of course make friends ..so why not give it away and let anyone enjoy it .

so sandor music will be free and some of maurice music will be too. changes will be in effect before the end of the week
