I am a songwriter/ composer/ musician/ producer living in Devon, UK, near the coast. I'm married to Sharon and we have a son, Joshua (b.1999) who goes part time to a Christian school and whom we also teach at home. He keeps us active. We are a Christian family and currently attend North Teignmouth Community Church where I am Worship Co-ordinator.
By day I work in an office in front of a computer but at night I come alive and make music......in front of a computer (I must get out more). My recordings have very eclectic instrumentation with various synths, guitars, panpipes, whistles, sound fx, tribal and chromatic percussion etc.
I have been involved in Children's ministry which often means bouncing around clutching a guitar trying to generate enthusiasm amongst kids who stare back at me blankly. I am currently working on an exciting children/family CD project for adults to enjoy too.
Coming from Devon means I can do convincing pirate impressions (ahhaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrr - see, told you) which sometimes helps in that sort of ministry (although it wrecks my throat) .
We have a pet Giant African Land Snail called Billy who spends most of the time hibernating. He says 'hello' to you.

The tracklist for the exciting new CD release has now been finalised:
I have had my head down the past year recording multiple instruments, sound effects, vocals and voice overs for a new concept CD for kids from ages 0 to 200: "ALL ABOARD THE HEAVEN EXPRESS".
The tracklist for this exciting new CD release has now been finalised and I'm very pleased with the selection and the order:
1 All Aboard??the Heaven Express
2 Jesus said I am the Way
3 For God Loved the World so Much
4 On and On and On for ever and ever
5 Fix your Eyes upon Jesus
6 Keep on Asking, Keep on Seeking
7 Why Worry (aka the Worry Song)
8 Love the Lord your God
9 Whenever you Eat (munch munch)
10 I'm a Jesus Fan
11 Ahoy There (Ahaaaaarrrrrrrrr)
12 Don't Run out of Steam
13 As...

Weird Recording Session - singing like a PIRATE:
Aharrrrrr me hearties.
I be recording this song called "AHOY THERE" where I had to sing like a pirate. However if you be thinking of doing the same then please take note:
HEALTH WARNING: SINGING LIKE A PIRATE WRECKS YOUR THROAT.
I could hardly talk the next morning and I couldn't say to my workmates "I be singing like a pirate 'til midnight". They'd think I was weird - and they be right!
My next recording session for the song involves me talking like a PARROT.
PARROT: "Who's a pretty boy then?"
PIRATE: "Well, that be me"
EVERYONE: (laughs)

[last edited on Mon Oct 5, 2009 @ 02:46 PM] Hi Chris, Thanks a lot for dropping by. My pleasure on the add. I'm so glad you liked my station "Xmas 365," in which, I have Christmas music available 365 days a year. I am just putting it together. I believe the best Christmas music is yet to be heard and that much of it is right here on SoundClick. The holiday music I am finding on here compares to and often exceeds what I have heard on radio stations -- of which, yours was a great addition -- so naturally I believe I have the best Christmas available on my new station! Hehe! Thanks for your kind words. : ) And hey, don't be a stranger. Drop by again. Blessings, Cathy

Hi there Chris! A happy new year to you! Hope 2008 has been good so far! I LOVE the Rolf page design - fantastic!
Please could you help me get in the UK charts? My songs are available for download at Tunetribe.com, and each download counts towards getting me in the UK charts! It does cost, but at only 79p per download, it's a snip! I'm not doing it for the money, but for the recognition. The site is paid downloads only and operates quality control so all music on there is good.
Follow this link to start downloading: http://www.tunetribe.com/Artist?artist_id=84362
Thanks lots, I REALLY appreciate your support.
