Hi - I am a former guitar/vocalist and I grew up in Liverpool, England. I was raised on Beatles songs and also adored the Beach Boys when I was young (it doesn't seem like that long ago...lol) I like lots of different kinds of music and to date, YES are my all-time heroes...........I am a fan of the film Bladerunner and the composer Vangelis, who did the soundtrack...and that's how I got my name.
Thank you for dropping by - I hope you enjoy the music!
pete
The beautiful music above is from one of my favourite modern composers

I am not here to showcase me but to show you some amazing musicians. 5 weeks ago I posted a blog about collaborating as a band online and if it was even possible. I posted a piano piece for anyone who wanted to add to it. I am so humbled by these 10 people. Here it is the final cut. It's called "Roads That Follow". Aside from me playing piano and some of the synth pad, here are the musicians that pursued this collaboration. ***Alex Lugones- Los Angeles- Bass Guitar***Andrew Malloy- Dallas TX- Soundscape Synth***Fernando Bretas Jr- Belo Horizonte Brazil- Synth Pads***German Fafian- Madrid Spain- Lead Guitar***Julia Rickers- Knoxville TN- Ambient Synth***Mauro Gentile- Mesero Italy- Rhythm Guitar***Moni Lopez- Veracruz Mexico- Synth Strings***Nick Ricciardi- Toronto Canada- Lead Guitar***Rich Almoguera- San Diego CA- Lead Guitar***Rob Bright- St. Lous MO- Electronic drums*** You can hear the song under Artist/Band > MWB Collaborations.

By the sweat of your face
you shall eat bread,
till you return to the ground,
for out of it you were taken;
for you are dust,
and to dust you shall return - Genesis 3 : 19
Seelenruhe - Denn Wir Haben Keine Bleibende Statt :
Very loose translation : ashes to ashes, dust to dust. Silence, gushing rains, fragments of conversations, carradio soundborbs, scenes of isolation, loneliness and desolation - all in one. SUPERheadphones recommended.

It was Dark and Beautiful, the Plateau even seemed to be cultivated. It wasn't grass or concrete - it was just plain mud... Yet in the Dark it looked liked concrete, and have you ever seen waving mud...? And as the full moon on a brilliant horizon started to roll over in a 360 degrees panorama, back to where it came from... again and again... - a tomb revealed itself. And from the tomb came my Mother - huge as a giant, vaguely recognizable - and she said: "Are you coming"? Did I speak? I don't remember, I guess not. Then she reached for me. I fell down in the mud, glue now. Then I woke up and sat outside on the roof untill Venus rose from The North Sea. A few hours later I bumped into a friend. For a while he looked at me, then he said: "Where on earth have you been"? I said: "In Las Vegas".
