Cosmic Taxi is back:
After nearly a year of musical hiatus, the duo of Bluenevus and Saxsinger is back stronger than ever. The musical texture comes back richer with greater depth and expression. The instrumentation ranges from the traditional to the experimental with fresh melodies and music that is alive. Very experimental in nature, Cosmic Taxi is putting the fun back in Jazz with a blend of traditional, modern electronic music and free inspiration.

Dedication to Joyce Davis:
If you don't know Joyce, she is a person with so much positive energy. I was surprised when I learned what had happened years ago. I have seen her work with so many artists and listened to her music I would have never guessed her condition. The point is, she doesn't let her situation hold her back.
From what I understand, Joyce was a singer/songwriter/guitarist for 35 years until a series of unfortunate events put her into a coma for 4 weeks, and had her in the hospital for several months.
Joyce woke up as a quadraplegic. After 6 months in a rehabilitation hospital, she was able to regain some strength in her arms and hands, hold her head up and sit up without tipping over. She w...

Bluenevus - "Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't":
One of life's great pleasure is that of choice in variety. Hershey's Almond Joy/Mounds put it best, “Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't”. That is what the artist Bluenevus is about...music not constrained to a single genre. Bluenevus has collaborated with over 65 artists worldwide to bring music from easy going Latin Jazz to some pretty twisted Gothic Rock. Bluenevus doesn't represent a one man band but an artist who absolutely loves to collaborate with others and bring new perspectives on music. Bluenevus is primarily an electronic artist who uses a plethora of synthesized sounds to include drums but often contributes live instruments such as piano, electric bass and guitar.

Ruslting Silk - A different musical perspective:
Does silk really rustle? Probably not. Its about perspective on sound and Rustling Silk's perspective aims to be different. Not quite alternative, not quite electronic, not quite adult contemporary and not quite progressive rock. Rustling Silk is more of a fusion of these genres to bring together a painted landscape using a plethora of colors from differing palates. For the duo of Bluenevus and Evansorchid, its all about the layers. Listen to the rich assortment of instrumentation from an Aphex Twin style glitch to the retro UK guitar fuzz of yesteryear brought together in Rustling's style. What may seem disjointed comes together through arrangement often different from many. Rustling

We are sending you this message as you were listed as one of Mellosonic's friends here on SoundClick. You might have already heard, but we are sad to inform you that Chris J. Brown(aka Mellosonic) passed away on September 23rd. We were friends with Chris and found him a welcoming spirit. Last year we started an online band with Chris, "3Fuzed", and worked on several ideas that we are sharing with you now. We were planing on releasing this material at a later date, but our plans have been sadly changed. We have decided to post all our songs to SoundClick. Follow the link below where you can listen to our music and hear once again, how wonderful Mellosonic played his keyboards and how talented he was. --Bobby and Marc of 3Fuzed
