Cosmic Taxi is back: After nearly a year of musical hiatus, the duo of Bluenevus and Saxsinger is back stronger than ever. The musical texture comes back richer with greater depth and expression. The instrumentation ranges from the traditional to the experimental with fresh melodies and music that is alive. Very experimental in nature, Cosmic Taxi is putting the fun back in Jazz with a blend of traditional, modern electronic music and free inspiration.

Dedication to Joyce Davis: If you don't know Joyce, she is a person with so much positive energy. I was surprised when I learned what had happened years ago. I have seen her work with so many artists and listened to her music I would have never guessed her condition. The point is, she doesn't let her situation hold her back.

From what I understand, Joyce was a singer/songwriter/guitarist for 35 years until a series of unfortunate events put her into a coma for 4 weeks, and had her in the hospital for several months.

Bluenevus has collaborated with over 65 artists worldwide to bring music from easy going Latin Jazz to some pretty twisted Gothic Rock.
