I am a man in the best years as usualy people say when you are closing 40. But I am afraid that these words are covering the fact, that physicaly I am not feeling as well as a teenager :-) /but who is feeling as well?/ Maybe it is not so important for other people, but for „sportholic“ man as me it is important. I feel pain in my legs after every skiing + I feel pain in my hands after every volleyball match. :-( I did not know it as a teenager. But seriously, maybe you are asking why is sport so important for me. I am a teacher and God gave me the chance to do this profesion good, so I am doing it. But It means, that I love my students and sometimes they love me and the best way how to spend together more time (not only school lessons) is sport. We train together and we spend time together. But my students are younger than me and sometimes it is hard to be as good as they are. I think, that there is one advantage. Playing volleyball with my young students can wash away all stresses from me and its good.
