A singer songwriter who combines honest and exposed lyrics and vocals with delicate acoustic guitar to produce an effortless and captivating blend of contemporary folk music. A superb artist at the beginning of her career.
"I have written over 70 songs and have produced a CD 'The words to write it all' which you can find at my site, angehardy.com.
I am currently recording my new album 'Missing dialogue' to be released late February with my new label 'Aardvark Records'.
My music is me."

I am now officially an ugly duckling, this time next year I will be a swan...
Mrs Angela Mary Swan!
Robby asked me to marry him last night.
we were at my mums wedding yesterday and at the evening meal in a 5 star manor house that the whole family spent the weekend at Rob, on one knee, armed with a ring he'd made from some of mums wedding bouquet ribbon, asked me to marry him.
I said yes!

Hi Ange, you're gonna have to update your blog - does your husband know that you're living with your fiance??!! Excellent to hear that the wedding was wonderful. And good news about the recording too! Put me down for a copy! All is well here - had a great week of music and mayhem with the band - don't get to see them much these days. Thank goodness for email and the internet. Cheers for now - John

Hi Ange, how did 05 09 go? I hope it was a wonderful day. When you get the chance, stop by and give 'Unstable' and 'The Noise' a spin. I've just played host to the rock band I was in 25 years ago. we had a week long recording and general mayhem session!! Was a blast! Cheers and congrats.

Hi Angie,
Wow the new songs are amazing! Left comments. I am very impressed.
Well, I have been pretty busy with creating new tunes. Most of the tracks on the top of my Painted Water page are new. You might especially enjoy 'Reflections' and 'The Starving Artist'.
Thanks for sharing!

Hi Ange, I saw your post on Larry's Critique page in the forum and followed it here. What a pleasant surprise! I love "Refuse Sack"! It's real easy to listen too! Your voice has a wonderful tone, the melody and the backround music are great too! Very contemporary! Kinda reminds me of Chrissie Hynde and the Pretenders! (definitly a good thing!) Anyway, Well done! I'll definitly be back for some more. Have a Great day!

Ange. Hope you're doing better.
Me and the kids played hookie today, and laid down a few tracks. Here's Jenny Jenkins, performed by our little family band, Motel 5 1/2.
