	Where there is love, there is pain. Why all the questions? Because the search for the answers, is what causes us pain. What I am learning is that every pre conceived ideology, about men, women, and relationships that I believe is false. I now must abandon all of what I thought to be true, because real love has a mind of it's own. Love is all around us. It is not yours, it is not mine, it belongs to everyone, that allows it space to arrive. It could be you? It should be you. Why? Why not? Now that you have made it here, talk to me. Maybe I don't really exist? Or is it you that doesn't exist? No regrets, only learning taking place. Welcome to my awareness.

	Well Lisa, Yes I have to agree with you,we do not own nor control love at all,it simply is or isnt.but I think it is more than not.But love wow what a question........what is it? Is it a feeling? is it an action?is it just a diskription without backing? Is it just a word? I cant grab it,look at it or hold on to it,direct it,change it lose or gain it ,yet I know it exsists,that is if we exsist. Interesting blog Lisa

	A Philosophical issue indeed! We do really live in our own minds as we pass from one eternity to the next. Just as a true Christian dosen't question GOD A true Romantic dosen't question LOVE Right? Didn't W.S. Have something profound to say on the subject?

	I think love is a strange thing. We don't own it, we can't always control it, it appears and disappears of its own free will...yet we are all responsible for it. We can't stop or start love, yet we can have a huge influence on its effects by taking responsibility for our own actions and preventing love from doing anyone any harm. We have to interact with love wisely.

	Huge questions, can barely tackle a snippet. Love is so subjective and comes in a myriad of shapes and forms. It's so easy to get caught up in the day to day and miss some of these forms that stare us right in the face. I do feel that the Love (sorry, always feel a need to capitalize it) we receive is inversely related to what we give from within, although the results are never consistently apparent. Perhaps when all is said and done the Love given and received in our lives will be looked back upon as our shining and defining moments.

	Don't walk behind me I will not lead, don't walk in front of me I will not follow, just walk beside me and be my friend. Love is being able to walk arm in arm... even when you don't see eye to eye. Love is when you take away the feeling, the passion, the romance and you find out you still care for that person. Never say goodbye when you still want to try. Never give up when you still feel you can take it. Never say you no longer love a person when you can't let go. If you love someone, tell them... for hearts are often broken by words left unspoken!!!

	My understanding: Our physical self is living in an illusionary world. It is merely a perception and our reality is our perception. The physical plane and several other planes of existence of higher vibrations have both positive and negative elements, but once we reach the soul plane (5th plane of existence) the worlds are of a positive nature only, though I understand they can be quite intense. Once we work from soul we're self realized and well on our way to GOD realization. Unconditional love is the only real love and I believe that it is soul to soul love. The love our pets give to us is unconditional. BARAKA BASHAD!!! MAY THE BLESSINGS BE!!!

	I could never hate! So I can not describe that one. Never understood hate anyway. I do know what love is- and what friendships are! I do know what lies ahead after this life. Love grabs my heart from a simple flower in the yard that opens up for me to see it's inner beauty. It's a tree that stands tall with no leaves regardless of it's bareness. From a bird that flies by just to chirp for me. From friendships that are there in their own way. Wich is beautiful to me. Keeps the love of friendship exciting and refreshed. From sharing the good, bad, and the ugly. You do excist so do I and that is a precious thing to have Lisa as a friend. I could go on and on about this - I could feel the page up. I hope this gives you some idea of how I view this life I live here on this earth. It's all about love. When it all comes down to it Lisa that is what it's about. Don't get me wrong now I have had some bad times in my life. Enough to make me want to hate. But, I just can't do it. For this is how I know what real love is and how I know I excist. It's my soul. 	ARE WE TIRED? .. yes Lisa we all are struggling together, most just don't see it with their heads to the ground AWAKE? .. most definately! that is what causes the pain! ARE WE READY? I am!! but without help, we must find our way alone.. & that is not the way. Tough questions Lisa, they deserve tough answers.. DID WE FILE IT? we file everything that is important, the good, even the bad memories, so they have a place in our existence, a place to live and grow, every little "file" is a piece of our puzzle DID WE DELETE? .. NEVER! you can't delete an idea, any more than you can delete a soul, you can only deny, and that is cowardly! Life is powered by love, otherwise we all would have been h'orderves on the plate of fate... what is fate? ... IS THIS THE BEGINNING? ... it is always the begining, rejoice in it, even if our hand did not paint the first stroke, the painting can not be undone IS THIS THE END? .. NO! eternity is not negotiable... there is no refuse bin for our existence, only the recycle, where strength will pick up the pieces and make their own beginning WHAT IS LOVE? 	Michael, you just moved me to tears, and I cannot yet verbalize my own heart. Yes I did say we are WARRIORS! In all honesty, I have no shield to protect my heart, and I do not own the emotion of hate, however I do understand, it is the opposite of love. You have made a very strong thought provoking statement, about a soul's mirrored image. What if someone claims they have no soul? What then? I really do not believe that is possible, in truth. Perhaps someone has a young soul, that just isn't developed yet. I do know that I personally have an old soul. I feel everything intensely and deeper than most, and I question everything beyond everyday living. For every beginning there is always an end. For every flower that blooms, another withers and wilts, in the natural order. Our bodies are merely a temporary shell, housing our SOUL! Spirit dwells forever in eternity, infinitely. I see through the eyes of a child. Love does not come from long companionship. It is the offspring of spiritual affinity, created in a moment. Not years or generations. Love descends on our spirits. Aren't we fortunate, though, if the truth be known? We must remember the good times, remember the bad times, for how else can we distinguish the two sides of good and bad, together? This is what makes us strong and forgiving as our growth spurts on, all the days of our lives.

	A lot of questions! As a kraut who have to struggle with the english language (it seems maybe ok for you, but i need more time for it as you) i want to tell you only a few things. Love and Love are different, the real one..i'll make a song of it..it is a expirience i have had 1 time in my life.. conscious. But i cant tell in details you wouldnt believe it . Between man and woman: i really dont know, but it could also be a simple trick of the nature to secure the reproduction . The strenght of love between 2 lovers is always different. The one who's love is the strongest will be the looser by emergency! Love...it makes "Bing" and both lovers get a picture of each other in their heads..but not of the reality.Things take its trent. You get your ups and downs..for month or jears...but we need it, life is like a sinus, how will you feel the up if you where'nt down? If you have 10 Millions you dont really enjoy the 11. Million. And each individual has it s own verity, but there is only one reality! Cause inside the space i engage you cant be, you can stand beside me, but you'll have a nother perspective in any way. If your questions would be easy to answer, we wouldnt have all the trouble here on earth! One more: the older i got, the more i know that i know nothing!..and i become quiet and more quiet !

It is the stimulus to climb mountains, swim rivers,wade snows, cross deserts sleep in the cold workin the heart,and through it all whisper.It is the slowest and the quickest quality slowest to doubt , quickest to believe. Slowest to criticize,quickest to approve. Slowest to irritate, quickest to smile. Slowest to accuse,quickest to excuse. Love is the whole world, but only for lovers. Live and learn, but more importantly, learn and live thats my motto. Let's take the lessons in the right order. First, know yourself. Second, know what you ought to do. Third, know what is needed to make you do it. Conscience is the jury in man's soul which sits in judgment of his conduct. Each case should be tried by the laws of God before the judiciary of mans own moral consciousness. When human behavior is tried in the court of divine laws and pronounced not guilty by the jury of conscience, it is then and only then that man is free. No matter what a state or federal tribunal may say, it's the local jury deep down in the soul that really frees or imprisons a man .

	And Lisa looked at me . "What is the answer" ?, she asked, and when no answer came she laughed and said: "What was my question" ? Questions may be regarded as an experiment - something which man throws at Nature, trying to force her to answer. The main question is this: What change will love produce in man's existence and in his insight into the nature of things? Love can tell us not everything. It doesn't have all the answers. But yet my friend they are answers to questions we have not asked for... That's the main thing. We are conscious beings ( so scientists tell us everyday - still working on it in their hidden labs ! ). We deliberately step into the unknown ( the Moon ! ), we cann't back down - this is how after millions of years of evolution we succeeded in building the pyramids of Giza and the Eifeltower, and... and... So we are humans and we are conscious ( which makes us human in the first place ). The biggest question of them all that has never been answered : what do we really want ? I know nothing of life, my friends have left me for my art ( do I work too hard ? - they just couldn't keep up, that was basically it ) ; the only thing I know is : step away from someone who knows any answer before he understands any question at all. 	Wow great post Lisa, and all these comments.....quite remarkable! Love and Hate...how they move us so, to the point where we often become irrational; perhaps that is why they are so powerful in the first place...the irrational is such a "left brain thing," to be propelled into it is to leave the "rational right" behind....and to step away from the mundane is when we feel most alive. Perhaps the two can best be viewed as opposites sides of a single energy, for in the end what is hate but love denied? (ps. Yes Lisa....to me you exist...that must count for something )

	Alone ... We are born alone and we die alone. We must then search for ourselves, alone, and totally accept ourselves and truely love and understand ourselves and only then can we reach out to others and accept, love and understand them also. Yet at the end of the day we are still alone, we fall asleep and we dream alone. Its OK to be alone because there are too many people out there that accept, love and understand us. 	cycles of conditioning and when we see it in others it brings us full circle to the robotic emotions of a history out living itself like a color wheel with the basic colors turning and mixing in the irrational frantic mind , thou we feel there is other colors with no names , thou know we have felt them just not defined them, these new emotions enter and leave like faint flickers or a image in the corner of the eye did we feel it we wonder was it real or just a impulse from a greater reality then that of what we know, , the name of a infinite parent mulited in many names thou simple is " i am" i agree its what we due that is the action thou its what we hold dear as a moral code to begin from who we truly will become, there is the evolving grey matter pushing the human agenda to leave the planet behind , no other animal wishes to take off in a space ship, something to ponder in the evolving of a race with no real instinct to where it was first created or where it belongs with its environment? there is endless ways to look at who we are as a individual and as a tribe from the subatomic level to everyday routine, quantum science have discovered that when a wave of energy is observed it is conscious of being watched and will act as what the observer expects , what i've come to research is the matter of waves and particles with and without a observer, when observed a particle will act as a particle when not observed it acts as a wave in natural, this reality of being watched and not is very similar to the behavior of life , are we something else while not observed compared to being watched ? personal i feel the change its dramatic within me , its like a new program takes over and i'm overly conscious of everything i due and how it will be perceived, watching changes the state of how we see things or feel about them , sometimes we see more sometimes less then what is there and its ever changing with the more we observe and the state in which we observe :

	access granted is the first thing that comes to mind, it makes sense to you to me for we are and was and we be the reflection of our inner connection i read somthing really neat the other day simple yet so true "we know someone by the way they treat others", you are such a shining exsample of this , i adore you for this and admire it and learn to be more open by it, i thank you, i think this can work on all question , just by changing the words somebody and treat to the word we question, for exsample: we know love by the way they love others, we know hate by the way they hate others, and so forth, we know god by the way god treats others? that on can be tricky unless you can see gods actions which is always up for debate, lol little joke there about worldly perspective

	There have been many times I've questioned my existence, yet, I firmly believe we are all here for a purpose ordained by the Lord from even before we were all born. I, too, searched for meaning; and often wondered these same questions posed...I have no answers as some things we were not meant to understand..only He has those answers. I know He has all things under control, and everything we experience is also for a reason..it will cause us to grow into the kind of people we need to be; we don't stop growing when we reach adulthood..we continue to live and experience right on up until we leave this earth. Lisa, it sounds like you're taking a journey of the soul, and it is an experience that is unique to each one of us. What you will become coming out will be up to and between you and Him...and you will find the answer to your questions within yourself, as that is where ALL answers lie. I have faced each of these questions at difference times of my life, and learned more as I went along. I have learned it is ok to be me, and to allow others to be themselves..it is up to me whether I choose association with all or none. I've also learned that being "Christian" does not equal "doormat", for even Jesus held His own with the Scribes and Pharisees who tried to trick Him and put him down. And He teaches us to be good stewards of our treasures, our hearts, and ourselves...and does allow us to protect ourselves from those who would steal our self-confidence, and our security. Just as the Lord has His boundaries concerning sin, then we must needs to set our boundaries regarding people who would harm us, not only physically, but spiritually, as well. Each person is different, not just in nationality, but in beliefs, etc, and we really do need to respect those differences, agreeing to disagree and go on in peace. It is when we try to "fix" someone, that we are wrong..they may not be at the level we are at in our walk with God, or even in their lives, or they may not be ready to see things the way we see them. Understanding comes differently for people and at different times; we may explain the same things numerous different ways, but until that lightbulb comes on, they STILL won't understand..I've been there, myself. You know, Jesus walked and taught in love..and He does exhort us to do the same. We can only carry the torch, and make a path for others if they choose to walk the same way. If not, let them go..it may not be the right time or place. I've heard many say if you let them go, you're going to held responsible if they die and go to Hell..I strongly disagree because you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink. Besides that, NO ONE knows for sure who's headed that way, and who's not...that is one of the reasons the Bible says to Judge not, lest ye be judged. You don't KNOW what's in their hearts, and you don't know what He has in store..so if called upon or asked, you speak your piece, then leave in peace.

	Make no mistake, my belief in the Lord of Lords is strong, and nothing can take that from me. I found that out in a severe test of faith...I lost the best human friend I ever had to cancer nearly two years ago. While she suffered, it challenged everything I had ever believed in my life. And it brought questions with no answers..yet I still believed then, and I believe now. Losing her didn't make me angry or even hate God for taking her; if anything it deepened my belief, as I actually learned that death is another type of healing..one that takes a person completely out of the pain and suffering here...she is in a better place, and I'm still here with my work as yet unfinished. Yet, I accepted the Lord's Will, even as I cried for her to be spared. If I could have, I would have taken some of the burden of pain from her, but alas, I could not....I could only observe how she dealt with it, and comfort her the best I knew how. I've seen many things in my life that were joyous, loving, painful, one trial that I won't speak of that actually caused me to wake up and face a reality I'd never faced in my life. And I nearly lost everything. Each trial I've faced contained a lesson to be learned, and I continue to learn as He allows things to continue to happen. Life is a learning, a living, a loving, a coming together..it's like the seasons. Try to really look deep and see what you would have to learn out of each experience you have, as nothing is accidental; there are consequences for every decision you make, reactions for every action you take. And choices you have to make..whether for good or for bad..they are made...and the man/woman who chooses his/her path lives that path. I think I'll quit sermonizing now. LOL!! 	Wow, these are THE questions. Life is a big question mark. We are all in this together searching for the answers. I have read through the responses and am amazed with how everyone interpreted and answered these important questions. But most of all, I was moved by Michael Duran's response. His is a most rational and humanistic (not to mention, thoughtful) response. I don't believe that there are any easy answers. The best you can do, is to find a few people who will make this life "tolerable". Persevere for yourself and for your loved ones. When you find yourself alone, you must connect and find love anew. Destiny is that which you are becoming, according to your true nature. Fate is that which you cannot control, for good or for bad. A warrior can work towards his/her destiny, becoming a great warrior. But even a warrior does not choose his/her time of death. This is fate. So work as hard as you can to become that which you already are. But understand that sometimes the obstacles that come your way are to be overcome. And sometimes these obstacles cannot be overcome. This is when you must let go and accept you cannot always control everything. Life is the GREAT MYSTERY. The questions you ask are the WAY to knowledge. And the great mystery is the big question. Keep asking the questions, but realize that for the hardest questions, it is the question itself, that is important. These are the quest-ions that make us human. These are the questions that bind us together as HUMANITY. Beyond any faith, religion, or creed!!!

	Are We Awake, Hell no we are not awake, are you kidding me, With "Future Shock" Yes I said "Future Shock" coming at us from every angle, I am surprised we can even say " Bu bu bu bu bu bu" Like Goldie Hawn in Overboard. Well, I hate to tell you this but we are all being programmed. This Economy !!! Do you really believe what they are saying about all this. What do they want you to believe. I will give you a hint, When did the "Euro" take effect -- January 1, 1999. OK think about it and do not believe anything unless it is in your lap. What I had said is to keep life, or the concept of our lives as simple as it can be allowed to make living on this earth interesting. And keep compassion alive. There is nothing wrong with us, the earth is as perfect as it will ever become. With all its frailties, it is still beautiful.

	Interesting, indeed. What is love? It all depends on the person and that person's present state of mind - which of course can change from day to day. In biological terms, love is virtually identical in every way to sickness. In spiritual terms, love is the cure to all that is wrong in the cosmos. Is one right, while the other is wrong? Can both be right? Humans, whether by design or otherwise, seek always to overcome and to change nature. You see, nature has a serious design flaw in that everything ends, everything dies... nothing lasts forever. Humans do not accept this. Humans create laws and explanations for everything in our never ending quest to understand, and finally, to overcome and to change nature. Perhaps love is but another of these devices that we have created, in order to reach immortality. Perhaps love is the key to immortality. They say, after all, that true love is eternal. Perhaps this is the primal call of our ancestors reaching from beyond, screaming out to us that they, like us, want nothing more than to continue. Or maybe it is simply better left as a mystery. I know that what my wife and I experience is far deeper than simply a sickness. I also do not believe that what we share is the cure to all that is wrong with the world and the universe. I know that what I feel for my son is as intense as anything that I have ever before experienced. And to tell you the truth, as philosophical as I tend to get at times, I think I am fine with simply saying... I love my family and I don't know what the hell that really means, if anything.

	God is Love. And love is forgiveness even when we don't deserve it. We are all tired in this weary flesh that we were given, but we will all be called home one day soon. So let us make the most of this life and share love and try not to judge. We have a purpose and God has a plan. Most of the time we only see parts and we don't really understand. We all need to speak less and listen more, for ears that hear are an endangered species in this world in which we live. I pray that we all have more patience in our lives whether it's with our children or driving on the highways. Hate is blind rage that tries to hurt you in the night. Hate is fear of the unknown when the truth is beyond our sight. Love is a gift from God and Jesus guides us home, so try not to stray from the narrow path that he has shown. Peace be with you my dear friend.

	Wow, kewl blog girl, had not seen this on your page before, can't wait to read thru it, but I will post first.... No one person can define another...they might try, but they are foolish, only we can define ourselves, by the lives we lead and how we lead them, how we treat the world and all things in it. Destiny...I believe we are all living our destiny, like it or not, ha! I also believe we've all been here before, and so this life is for a purpose and we are all fulfilling our destiny's. I've met so many people in my living, and each one served a purpose and a time in my life...destiny will always happen, I was meant to stumble upon that person. Fate now, that's a scary topic to me....I prefer to just let it happen...deal with it as it comes...no questions. Hate is like a cancer...which grows...love is the cure, but most of the world isn't understanding of "tolerance" and love your brother...Love is easily lost...I do believe we can control it to a certain degree....because I have!! But it happens as free will, love has a soul of it's own, and it's priceless, the greatest gift of all. I do know one thing to be sure...when a child comes into the world....love comes natural, it doesn't have to be taught, it's nature....but hate....hate is learned...from someone, somewhere, maybe handed down, no child is brought into the world knowing hate. 	All right l am blowing THE whistle on all of you! (blowing whistle>>)"NOW EVERYBODY OUT OF THE POOL" of course, humour is where you find it,serious blog? lol Now short and sweet, l have searched for "wisdom" all of my life...only thru a deep search did it bring me to " understanding ". People like Deepak Chopra and other wizards on this planet who are aware of awareness itself, and to seek wisdom and to claim to know what all has been written here should be understood, is really the answer to the question. True wisdom comes from the Heart and may you all attain this understanding, this is the lesson of Love and remember always Love lS God. All who have written above are part of the true answer to the whole question unity conscienceness, as mentioned earlier is simply an awareness, after a deeper understanding. As is sought, also for those who do not all understand, l can only suggest that you try to seek it earnestly, then you will find true wisdom in your heart, and how can we not be aware then, yes we have hopefully all felt love or pain in the heart and many other emotions but those two have the greatest effect, do they not?(to a greater and lesser degree) in time and space. I do believe also that if we cannot see love in a flower or a plant or through the innocence of a childs eyes, we will never find it in any book of religion. Seekers keep Seeking and stay away from those who claimed to have found the truth, but continue to earnestly seek it for yourself. Jesus asked that we be able to grasp mentally and know spiritually: the depth, width breadth and hight of Gods love for us. In all my travels into reseaching wisdom the Good book has been in harmony with many such teachings therfore, l do proclaim my faith in humankind, yes saints and sinners and choice makers is the real one that stands out our "free will". Do what you think is right in your heart for the heart is wise and love is observation, if one has ears to hear. And always pray for good, this will program your own mind by your own will to do so. It took me quite a few years and many theologians later who also did not know what was meant in the bible when it is written "better to be sorrowful than joyful"? l will share the meaning that came to me one precious moment. In order to understand True Joy One must have experienced True Sorrow, l was sick with experience so l prayed. I am that l am. WE is much more fun when we share our love for one another without question, understanding the truth in this way, there are no coincidences in life, all is for a purpose just as Baby Lisa's board is, it grows, is beautiful and allows free will to speak to one another and to even console the heart. May we all grasp mentally + know the breadth width depth and hight of Gods love, in knowing we enjoy free will. The pool is open again, True Love is the mystery of life, may we all continue to seek it. I too am a seeker of truth still always learning more. Why not? Love to Infinity. Debra
