Hi Rolf,
Just passing by to tell you I've got a new one, called "Samurai Memories". Something eastern, hope you like it.

Many greetings from Belgium,
Alexander.

Hi Rolf,
Thank you very much for your message, for taking the time to listen to my song. It's a compliment for me that you compare the atmosphere of "I Wonder" to the sheng. That's a wonderful instrument, wish I saw and heard it live. I didn't hear of it before.

The instrument I used as a lead was a clarinet (a digital one).
I enjoyed the video very much. She seemed to be very very concentrated playing on her sheng.

When you like and have got time, you could try my other asian songs "Passaat" and "Ricone". "Djengis Kilt" has got something asian as well. I got the simple comment "East meets West" there, so maybe that one is interesting for you.

I think I heard before that Hong Kong is so different from the rest of China, but maybe I should just google it.

Thanks again, you really helped me and I learned something.
Greetings from the other side of the world, Belgium,
Alexander.

Hello Rolf,
Thanks for your message and yes, I think we have got the same kind of passion somehow. I like to blend different styles too.

Are you really living in Hong Kong? That's amazing.

I invite you to check my stations as well. Maybe you'll find something you really like.

Many greetings from Belgium,
Alexander.

Thank you for your visit and comment. the Theremin is a fascinating instrument. I did not use a real one. I think the Theremin sound closely resembles a musical saw in many ways, only the theremin is also a wonderful insrument to watch being played.
