My name is Mike and I am the Bassist for dennisty.
I have been playing on and off for nearly 8 years.
My styles vary from rock to dance music
Im married and very happy!
Music is a passion of mine and I have always loved it, in my playing I try to put my own flavour, I play what sounds best be it technical or simple.
With the new album P.R.O.G coming up im gonna have to sing as well! so hopefully our unique style of playing will shine through!
like I said I love music and hopefully we will be around for a long time.
We gain insperation through the artists here so thankyou all very much.

Dennisty news! UPDATE:
It has been some time since Andrew and I got together for a recording session, however there is definately material on its way!

Random noodles video:
This is my half hearted atempt at a warm up about 2 years ago, I hadnt played bass for nearly a year and thought I'd record myself to see how bad id gotten....
So lets play, COUNT THE DUD NOTES!
Thats right ladys and gents you need to count the dud notes in that tune and comment on how many you think there are, the winner gets a gold star lol

In a world.....just the beginning!:
Im very pleased with how In a world turned out, the bass line I have used was a nightmare to perfect, getting the right chords in was difficult as any bassist knows bass chords are very overpowering in a song, It was hard to find the right balance but was well worth the effort as it sounds unique and works brilliantly with the style of the song.
However I am not overly happy with my vocals, I realise im not the best singer in the world but as they say, practice makes perfect, so bare with me and hopefully I will get better!
I have more ideas coming so watch this space.....bass is abouts to get interesting!

New album P.R.O.G:
Im very excited and hopefull with the new album were producing,
its the next logical step for our band to include lyrics/vocals.
this album will contain many different flavours and styles.
were aiming high on this one amd hope you will all enjoy our music as much as we enjoy making it!

Hi Mike, thanks for calling in, been in the studio recording all weekend, only now got time to catch up....Im sorry, I didn't know it was an issue with the file its self.....I'll go remove my comments...give Android a poke to get it uploaded again...got a spot for that on my station for sure!...and if you fancy a spin on my latest..its Prog Rcok too..yeah I know...not a fluffy sound in sight!
