Michael Vick's Buried Pit Bull's SoundClick blog - remember when?
remember when?
remeber when soundclick used to be the bomb? we could share and laugh and have friends all over the world. now facebook and twitter have taken over the world and it was only a few years ago that we owned it. too many options lead to too many decisions which lead to too much confusion and then your friends disappear. technology is a blessing and a curse. is there too much information? are disguarded friends still friends or do we just put them in the recycle bin to be deleted later. and when you open the recycle bin to delete them forever, they are stiil on your hard drive somewhere, waiting to be re-discovered. but you have to really look for them and when you finally find them, they are fragmented.

Life does that- - becomes fragmented at the most unlikely times/I'm coming out from under...and looking to understand.

Don't we all. My life fragmented 13 years ago. All of my friends here met me when I was taking my first steps out into the new world I had arisen in. I hold ALL OF YOU dear to my heart. Yes, I am on FB. I like it because I have found my friends from BEFORE the 13 year loss of a life. I am now becoming a successful author and I have a writing partner who shares my dreams. What happened to me all those years ago I have never hidden. I will not hide what happened to me for the last two. I had to fight tooth and nail and scrabble for every inch I could of space to escape the black hole that was my family. I HAD TO LEAVE OR I WOULD HAVE CRACKED AGAIN! I nearly did. I am more together now than ever but like Dee I am healing. I have scars. They are obvious to those who know where to look. I attach to ppl and I miss the ones I know even just by the internet. I missed you. I am glad you are back and I am glad to be back.
Kudos to ALL of Us, Pooch! We survived.

I remember...

As we move forward we are reminded of the past thru web links and back up files stored in the back of our hard drives as well as our minds.
It becomes depressing at times to stumble across what was a good ol' conversation that happen years ago with the comments still attached.

Reminders like that make me realize how easy it is to forget the simple things like soundclick, myspace, secondshifters...and all the other links i still to this day like to post on with all this expansion of the infamous growing technology.

Did we survive rev? or did we adapt?
We adapt to survive and Survive to adapt.
Hmmm, they go hand and hand but when does the line draw itself when survival becomes the point to adapt and visa verse?
(It seems just a tad bit funny how i worded that one.) wink ;)

I say we all came along way. Weather we crossed harsh sinking dessert sands or deep blue crushing waters or even Climbed tall rugged mountains or steep slippery hills...No matter what the path we chose for ourselves or was laid out for us in choices, We all Came a long way.
No matter what scars we get along the way, we determine what our out come are. Even if we are still healing from old battle wounds.

Overall...*sniffle* I MISS EVERYONE ON SOUNDCLICK!!!

I don't and DIDN'T survive. I collapsed into the darkness. Maybe I will crawl out again one day. First things that has to change is my emotional stability... then we'll see. I have not abandoned my friends as some on my board have suggested. I abandoned myself and I abandoned hope.
