HI Jenny....I hope you are well..I know how it can be.....IN my past I had a drug addict for a boyfriend and he died from his escapades with his habit... He lost his motorability and was no longer able to speak....and was in a wheel chair last I heard before he passed on..He was the cause of much mayhem in my young life... YOU are in my prayers.....Much love and light goes out to you.... Katherine

THank you Jenny for the compliment as I am very touched you like my music so and by the way Cages I think is not a dark song at all... It is your transformation song now...YOU heal with such emotion... many will listen and the spiritual muses of that melody are working very fastidiously to heal those who listen and yourself.....I really must tell you that the Cage song is fabulous and I sat there crying because it really opened me to suffering in another that of which I related on a deep level....IN a different way....My father has alzheimers and we use to be very close... I have emotions so inmeshed in guilt over his ways now....and it made me think of so many in my life who would relate to your song....as did I. THank you for opening me up to those hard to face feelings...smile :) I faced them with your song.....I used to be daddys little girl....NOw I dont know what I am to him..I do know I love him and that is the important thing....THank you again... you have a beautiful voice too. ~K

Lol...yeah, I keep trying to change the dream...and it keeps fighting back! big grin :D It's a constant battle. I don't know anything about what's been happening with you, you will have to send me a note one day and tell me all about it - I get the impression things have been very tough for you for a long time - I hope you can find a way to make things better for yourself. Take care, speak 2 U again soon

Hiya! big grin :D I reckon you're right - life probably is a twisted joke. I'm not exactly Einstein, but I was watching something on TV about quantum physics...a simple version for us ordinary non-scientists. Some of that stuff is mind blowing! They can prove that we can be dead and alive at the same time, and also in two places at once - so in theory, we are all nothing more than an observation and not part of the reality we believe. Apparently we do not have free will, we are kind of acting out a sort of pre-conceived dream...weird!! Confused? I know I was, lol! Just when you think you are getting a handle on life, someone comes along and tells you all this stuff - it really questions everything we think we are. Hope your "dream" levels out. 2009 seems to have been an unsettled year for many people. But then again, I guess the scientists knew it would be, lol!

Hi Jen! Thanks for stopping by - always great to hear from you. Yeah, there have been a few very tough things I've had to handle over the last 3 years, and just when I was beginning to think the bad spell was over, I was hit with several more upsetting things this year. That's life I guess! I think you described songwriting perfectly...catching snowflakes! They do have a habit of disappearing just when you think you've managed to grab them. I've got about 15 songs that I'm trying to finish at present...but every time I go to the studio to work on the production, the muse seems to fade & I have to stop again - drives me crazy! Hope all's going well for you. Have a great weekend, Rodz
