36 years old (for now).
3 Children. 1 Wife.
Live a-few miles from Liverpool in the UK. Quiet suburban life working by night and sleeping by day. Skin pale in complexion and delicate to the touch.
What else do you need to know.
Leave it with me. I WILL write something more constructive (and serious) here.

How things change.:
Recently I have changed direction a little. I'm not trying to write to express myself, at least not too much anyway, but I have been doing a little collaboration work - over t'internet. (British joke, Peter Kay) "garlic Bread....ahem. Anyhow. I have recently found out there is another little Jolley on the way. Very much a suprise but a good one. 4 is enough. Time is coming for the old snip.

New Year Resolution.:
It's 2 weeks ago we were all celebrating the new year, we all ate our way through copious amounts of food and beverage and now it's time to to make our new year resolutions a reality. Not me though - that would mean I would have to conform.
I MAY sign up to a gym.
I MAY decide to make the world a better place
But in reality I will probably pull my head in and carry on just like normal. As normal as can be of course.
My aims this year. Work nearer to home. Write more serious songs about more meaningful subjects. Make sure my family are safe and well.
Certainly not a new years revolution. But certainly achievable resolutions.

But what next.......
I am thinking of going a little further into the darkside and exploring deeper meanings to our everyday lives but I also want to lighten the load a little and do some dance music with rock overtones maybe bring my music to a different audience.
But after pondering this for hours I simply decided this.....
Carry on. Don't change what I'm doing, at least for now. Just keep trying to improve. You see musically I have a style, not an intentional one, but I do have a style and why should I chan...

12 Months on:
I'm going to make a big effort to write here. I have been writing songs for the past 12 months or so and have over 50 songs to my credit although only 20% of those are any good and even less go beyond a demo. It's been a good year. My family and I have gone from poverty to being comfortable for the first time in a long time. I'm now working full time - have some money in the bank and life in general is looking up.
I've been pondering as to whether I should go on stage this week. Not on stage this week but at some point in the very near....but I think I'm too old. 37 is a bit past it when your only just starting out and my music may not find a suitable audience because if you saw me ...
