I was so thrilled to receive this maple leaf award from DJ Evy of Canada.
The awards were presented by Evy on 12th February 2008, Stu’s place, 98.5 FM, CKWR. I was awarded best new artist 2007 for the “two hearts” album.
This is a wonderful achievment for me and a great honour, thank you so much evy from my heart. I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank all of the dj’s playing my music around the world, and to all my great friends who take the time to listen to my songs and give me so much encouragement. It is your support that makes what I do worth while, thank you

You don't think I would forget to visit you here from time-to-time did you? I hope everything is going well for you and your musical career - you are so talented, I love hearing your songs when I come to visit. I am well, between my professional work, my music, and the sound I am working on for the animation, I rarely get a chance to enjoy all my friends on Soundclick! I miss you all very much, but I am glad I am making progress in my goals. I picked up a beautiful Taylor 310 (used) and a nice Roland AC-90 so that is getting me back to my roots in acoustic music a bit. I have two band projects, the traditional classic rock project and a wonderful group in which we play lots of music from Dylan to Traffic. It is great that we can continue to grow in our music.
I look forward to hearing from you, let me know how it is going.

Cruzin' around the 'click tonight, thought I'd stop by for a visit.
After spending all summer and fall in my cabin, it ain't easy being cooped up in town for the winter. I know that spring is surely on it's lazy way, but time sure seems to drag by 'til it gets here.
Do you start booking for spring and summer shows this early in the year? Can't be sittin' around, now, m'lovely friend...gotta keep that voice in shape.
