Westport shooting wounds two
Gunfire wounded a man and woman early today at a Westport gas station.
Bullets also pounded holes in three vehicles in the 3:10 a.m. shooting at the BP station, 4004 Broadway.
Police did not know a motive and had not determined which victim, if any, was the intended target.
A 32-year-old man told police he was pumping gas when he heard gunshots from the north side of the station. He lay on the ground and was hit in the face with shrapnel. His car sustained two bullet holes on the right side.
