Thanks for your nice comment, it made me very happy! I wish I would learn some day to play jazz like you do. It's great to come across people playing like this, like you are - I spent a great time listening to your songs.

Hi Guido
I hear Lollar pickups are looking for a new sales executive ... you should apply LOL.
Acoustic mike placement is always going to be a case of trial and error - but I have found that in front of the cone is only good in a live setting, for recording in a quite setting I generally use a 4 o'clock placement to the side of the speaker at the very edge or slightly beyond the speaker. A condenser mic is so sensitive it doesn't have to be very close.
I also like to 'warm the mic' up for around half an hour before recording simply plugging it in and turning on the phantom power for a while will do.
Your recording sounds great to me I have to say!!!
Take Care m'friend.

Hi Guido...
I hope everything is well with you. I posted two new songs that are part of my new CD GuitarFusion, I worked there for almost two years and now I'm in the final stage, so I would like to hear the views of artists from various musical trends so you can improve this work.
I want you to leave your honest opinion through a comment. Now thanks.
A big hug and best wishes ...

Hi Guido
Just dropping by to let you know I posted a new collaboration track - 'The Open Door' is co-written with Michael Dean from California and is a down tempo nu jazz type of chill track - very simple but if you get a chance call over and take a listen - Also relatively new is a remix of Can You Hear Me - With 18 tracks of guitar overdubs LOL -
If you fancy a video I've posted a new one - One of my Myspace friends sent me a video of him driving along listen to The Heartache Blues ....so I re-dubbed the original track to his footage and hey presto.
I hope you get a chance to call over and that this message finds you well.
