OK so we have paid money to make a master Cd. That is all good. So I sent a copy of this master to CreatSpace. I paid for next day. I have the recipt. I also did the notifiy thing. Well the post ofice says that it was recived 2 weeks ago now. I also have the slip saying they recived it. Now When I email them concering the hold up about the cd being updated with the master Cd they I sent them. I sent 2 emails in reply. One said they would look into what was up with the delay. the second email states that they do not have the cd an that they did not recive the Cd. But I have a slip that says they did an do have it. Now when you email creatspace it takes at liest a day for them to answore you an half the time it dont even concern the issue at hand.. Can you just go to there place of bizz an take care of any thing? No. You would think maybe you could since they say they are part of amazon. Do they have a contact phone for cliants that use there sevice??? NO. Needless to say. We are a bit pissed. I am trying to fig out the next step. Any one to any idieas?????
