Back in April I was involved in the making of a short Sci Fi film with a few friends. Our film 'Seeking Sunlight' was an entry to the Sci Fi London 48 hour film making competition.

Unfortunately we did not win, but we all had a great time making the film and all learnt a huge amount during the process. It also gave me my first real taste of writing music for film.

As the contest name suggests we only had 48 hours to write, shoot, edit and complete our film meaning time was short! Our director had a clear idea of the music he wanted to hear, but was also keen for me to bring my style and ideas to the sound.
