Music is one of the fastest ways to leave the mind behind at least for a little while. Slow down the speed of thoughts, relax into sounds of space and silence and find harmony within yourself. I enjoy so much the ability to create and listen to music. I've been playing since the age of 14. Started with guitar and developed the ability to play other instruments through the years.
