Artist: Emilio Sorridente and Joseph Caristena
Title: Queen of hearts (Tracks on the water)
Emilio Sorridente's first solo album, '7 Sins', it's been released in september for Aveit.
In this first solo work, a double album which is entirely instrumental, Emilio worked with the filmmaker Joe Caristena, who worked on Encelado's 'Lucertola' video.Joe's poems are spoken over the music in the first cd, the second will be of the instrumentals.
Emilio played all instruments in this album ( except a piano and a accordion played by Riccardo Anastasi) and is the artistic producer of the project.
'7 Sins' will be in downloading on www.aveit.it and in the best music portals and a double cd will be sell through this space too.

How's it going? I've been pretty busy myself.

I wanted to let you know that I uploaded a new song called:
"Without You (Ballad of Dona)"
It's actually a previously unpublished song written by my brother Paul back in the 80's. Don't let the title fool you. It's not your everyday ballad. wink ;)

I also have given "Slay the Dragon" a complete re-mix. If you liked it before I think you'll really like it now. Turned out pretty good if I do say so myself. I'd appreciate any feedback you can offer.

All of my songs have been recently re-mastered for more dynamic range and a less fatiguing sound. Hopefully this will result in a more pleasant listening experience for all.
