My name is Wolfram Gruss and I was born and I am currently living in Germany, to be precise in Darmstadt right now. The internet community and people who like eclectic electronic music probably know me better as PNFA (Popular Nightmare Folk Art ) as I've had the wonderful oportunity to release my tracks on numerous labels and to reach internet plays that meanwhile go into the millions, which is thanks to a growing and very loyal fanbase. I have always had a passionate visual site, too. In highschool I got a special best possible degree in visual arts after which I made my apprenticeship as a professional photographer. Having had only focused on still pictures so far, I started to study Media Production at the University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt in 2004, where I focused mainly on design, video production, animation as well as motion graphics. I participated in a couple of industry movies like image films and documentaries for the local city council of Darmstadt/Dieburg, Pitgreen.com, Elvis- the Show, Merck Pharmacy, music videos for several bands, logo animations etc. When I am free I rather like to experiment around a lot though, especially by trying to get my photography in motion. So despite my music, here on this page you can find some of my humble attempts in photography, animation and film.
