Malaren is a solo studio project that combines New Age and World music with Western Pop and Instrumental Rock. The music paints sonic soundscapes from around the world combining various cultural, instrumental and compositional elements but still maintains pop sensibility and accessibility. The songs were written to invoke the mood of these different places and are ideally suited for documentary and educational film soundtracks.
