I chose my name because I believe the most important part of a song is the lyrics, they have to be able to stand on their own. I think that describes my goal.

I've just started recording myself singing my own songs. However, I've been singing classical music live for 4 years.

The internet helps to create buzz for an artist and puts them in direct connection with their fans.

I began writing songs around the forth grade, but I've been singing music for a long time, beginning in church (like many others). During childhood, I always wanted to be a singer or a teacher. right now I'm pursuing my goal of being a music teacher, teaching kids about the importance of music in our lives. During the summer of 2004, I began writing songs again (inspired by my SO) and with help began recording songs. Ever since then, I've been getting back to what I love. I hope that I can make music that people enjoy and love!

My favorite music is GOOD music. Nah, a couple of my perosnal influences would have to be Jill Scott, Floetry, Mariah, Sade, Erykah, Dwele, some good soul music.

My favorite city is MIAMI! My friend said I live there, and I would if I could. However, the best city is my hometown...FAYETTENAM!!

I use good 'ol Cool Edit Pro 2.0 and a regular mic. I'm investing in a new mic soon.
