Important News: Laura and Phil are expecting a baby Bollé!!

Laura will continue teaching, writing and performing with her covers band but otherwise will be taking a break from promoting for a short while. During this period we have decided to keep the existing songs available on the website, but will NOT be updating the messageboard or releasing any new material, and will not be actively promoting - but you can still contact Team Laura here. If you are in the UK and want to see Laura's excellent pop covers band do check their website on coverstoryband.co.uk. And of course stay tuned to www.laurabolle.com for details of new original material and other project news!

In the meantime we would both like to give our heartfelt thanks to all the listeners, station owners, webmasters and promotors who have supported the project so far, to all the great musicians and friends we have met over the last couple of years, and to the talented and brilliant remixers, producers and players who have helped us and worked with us during this time. Since going online over the last year or more Laura's music has reached top positions in both national and international online genre charts, with many online #1s and well over 1 million plays and downloads across various sites!! Laura consistently tops the charts at Soundclick and Artistlaunch (the two highest-ranked unsigned music websites according to Alexa), and these songs have been featured on live365 online radio, podcasts and FM radio play across the world, as well in live performances by Chris and Laura in London UK ... this project is being watched with serious interest by the music industry!

Laura and Chris are currently preparing, writing and recording new songs, and building a team to take the project to the next level! With many more songs in pre-production, remixes in the pipeline, and more live performances planned for coming months, things are starting to happen for this exciting project!! Many of the songs have also been remixed by top European and US electronica artists! Most recently the shimmering nu-jazz remix of 'Truly Madly Deeply' by the talented Moogybase reached #1 in the Jazz charts, and before that the fabulous DJ Cobra dance remix of 'Still In Love' hit #1 in the Dance and Electronica charts and is getting serious interest!!



Legendary German producer PNFA has delivered a cool trip-hop remix of 'Whisper' that hit #1 in Trip-Hop and is available for download here, the ballad 'Without You' was remixed in Melodic Trance style by NY-based DJ/Musician M'Ocean and is currently receiving FM airplay stateside, while 'Two of a Kind' has been remixed as ambient electronica by UK-based producer/musician Stuart Elliott!

Laura is proud to be working with some amazing musicians - her regular co-writer Chris Kalessin, writer and guitarist Daniél Malone, and co-writer and former band leader Alison Cooper (see Al below)



Chris, Laura and Daniél have previously performed live with Alison at The London Mardi Gras, Dingwalls and W14, and Laura also performed BVs on "Happy Ever After" and Alison's other chart-topping trip-hop songs on MP3.com ... thanks to Ali for all her great support!
