(1) Licencing - How Does This Work?
You may use it for nonprofitable demo/label shopping purpose only. You may not use this for any profitable projects or distribution. You cannot make any changes to the instrumental or resell your rights. If you decide to use this instrumental for profitable projects you must contact LaCasa Studio immediately and purchase a semi-exclusive or exclusive contract. The instrumental purchased can only be used for a limited time only. When the
instrumental in purchased you will receive via email as a top quality mp3.

(2) Leasing - How Does This Work?

(3) Semi-Exclusive - How Does This Work?
You have the right to use this instrumental for all profitable projects which include albums, mixtapes, promos, demos, websites, performances, radio
play ect. Your rights you receive can not be sold or transferred to another person(s) or company(s). The instrumental can not be changed, or sampled in anyway. When the instrumental is purchased you may receive it threw postal mail on a data cd as a wav or mp3 file or you can get it sent threw your email. If sent threw email you will receive it the same day. Semi-exclusive prices start as low as $200.
(4) Exclusive - How Does This Work?
You have the right to do whatever you please with the instrumental for an undisclosed amount of time. You also will become the sole owner of the
instrumental and receive a signed contract. However you cannot resell or trade your rights to any other person(s) or company(s). You will receive your instrumental by email and or postal mail on a data cd. Prices start at $1,000
including the 3% royalty stated in the contract. Protool sessions are allowed, if available. (Additional charge) Serious inquiries only.
(5) Custom - How Does This Work?
You must call LaCasa Studio and speak directly with a producer. During this call you will explain exactly what your looking for. (Have name of beats they can listen to, describe the tempo, feel, and instruments you hear in your custom beat. We require a nonrefundable down payment which goes toward the price of the instrumental. Please call or email us for more information and pricing.
